I just realised today is the first day of Spring! Somehow I feel like I have acomplished something major by making it through another NYC Winter. I am inappropriately proud of myself right now. I'm also pretty excited because I have had only good news from a.m. New York horoscopes and fortune cookies lately. Seriously, I have never done better in either of those areas than I have in the past two weeks so I'm feeling pretty good about myself right now. Time for a shameless plug.. My organization's Young Professional Comittee's Spring event is coming up and this one is going to be incredible. The venue, Angel Orensanz Center for the Arts, is my favorite in the city.. and I feel a special connection to it since its a Sephardic temple (big up grandma and grandpa.) Join me on May 1 for a truly inspiring event where you will not only be having one of the best nights out NYC has to offer, but you will also be making a signifigant difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
